How Does the Bail Process Work?

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET OUT OF JAIL?
By hiring a lawyer first, your lawyer is permitted to act immediately to make a request to the Judge for a bail hearing to consider reducing the bail amount or filing a motion to have you released on your own recognizance (O.R.), which means not having to pay money to be released.
In most cases, when someone is arrested there is the Bail process through which an arrested suspect is allowed to pay money in exchange for his or her release. Many people may make the mistake to bail a family member or friend out of jail (temporarily) only then to not have enough money to hire an experienced Criminal Defense Lawyer who may be able to keep them out of jail (permanently).

- Pose a danger to the Public
