Former Miss USA Rima Fakih beauty queen caught driving with a half empty bottle of champagne and pulled over for DUI in Detroit Michigan

Michigan police report says former Miss USA Rima Fakih was driving under the influence (dui) with a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit. when Rima was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in the Detroit enclave of Highland Park.
The report was obtained Tuesday by The Associated Press through a Freedom of Information Act request says the 26 year old from Dearborn Michigan was pulled over early Saturday speeding and weaving through traffic.
Detroit Police Officers say a champaign bottle half full was on the floor behind the driver's seat of the car. Breath tests showed a 0.20 percent blood-alcohol level and Michigan state law defines BOC at a level of .08 percent or higher.
