Robbery is defined as the felonious taking of personal property in the possession of another or from his person or immediate presence against his will. This is accomplished by means of force or fear. The elements of robbery are:

1. The victim had in his possession a property of some value;
   
2. The property was taken from the victim and his immediate presence;
   
3. The property was taken against the victim’s will;
   
4. The property was taken by force or violence;
   
5. The property was taken with specific intent to deprive the victim of the property.
